Subscriptions


Subscriptions are to be used when you need to bill customers at regular interval. Besides creating the Invoices, Subscriptions module also processes the payments automatically.

Manage Customers with Email Engagement Score


Manage your Leads/Contacts with eventually tracking their Email interactions. This includes the emails sent from Email Campaigns as well as one-to-one emails sent to a Lead/Contact. The Engagement Score depends on number of opens, clicks and Lead/Contacts Send Email.

Note!
To view the Engagement Score, enable the summary view icon in the Edit Fields

Customer Portal Enhancement


  1. An option to enable or disable the Edit ticket option in Customer portal.
  2. Ability to mark all the fields of module under Custome Portal settings as Read only/Read-Write.
