1. How do I disable the existing Trouble Ticket email templates ?

Email notifications will be sent to Contact / Organization and Assigned to user every time ticket is created, Status is changed to Closed or Comments are exchanged. If these emails do not meet your requirements, you can disable them right away.

Steps to disable existing Trouble Ticket email templates

  1. Click Settings Icon > CRM Settings
  2. Click Workflows
  3. Locate Workflow for Ticket Change, not from the Portal and click edit icon.
  4. In Tasks, locate Notify Record Owner on Ticket Change, which is not done from Portal, Click edit icon and change status to Inactive.
  5. In Tasks, locate Notify Related Customer on Ticket Change, which is not done from Portal, Click edit icon and change status to Inactive.
