Configuring help desk details
It’s no wonder that every company has a dedicated Support team. You might have hundreds of employees working in support team. Customers might not like to get in touch with all of them. In such case, you can reach out your customers through one single support name and email. After the configuration, Trouble Ticket email traffic will be navigated through your Help-desk email. Simply CRM automatically sends emails when Ticket is Created, Comments are exchanged, and Status set as Closed.
