1. Mailroom in CRM


Mailroom automates actions on incoming Emails.

Whether you want to create a Ticket from email or create a Lead or Opportunity from email or just simply attach the email to the Contact record, Mailroom does it all. Just forward your emails to Simply’s Mailroom and it will do the rest.

2. Adding custom fields to Inventory module Line items


Add custom fields to your line item to include any custom data while creating the Quotes, Invoices, SO or PO. Follow these steps to add a custom field to your Invoice line item.

  1. Go to Edit fields from Invoice module.
  2. Drag and drop a field type in Items Details block.

3. Enter the Label name.
4. To map the custom field to any of the Product/Service fields, enable the checkbox.
5. Select the field that you want to map to.
6. Click on Save.

The custom fields will appear along with the default fields in the Line items of Invoice.

Note!
You can add a maximum of 10 custom fields

3. Roll up Comments on the Parent record


You can view all the comments made on the related records directly from the Parent record. For Example, In Organization view, comments made on the records of related modules such as Contacts, Products, etc is rolled up and a consolidated view is shown on Organization record’s comment section.

Click on the Roll up button under Comments widget of the record to view the recent comments made on the related records. Click on “More” to view all the comments.

4. Customer Portal Enhanced


  1. Global Search option – Enter the keywords to search Record details.

2. Portal user’s can edit the Assets from Portal.
3. Portal user can accept the Quote from the Portal by clicking on Accept Quote button in the detail view of the Quote record.
