The Simply CRM integration with Google offers you the following functionality
Syncing Contacts
If you are relying upon Gmail to store all your contacts, you can now sync them all into your Simply CRM and vice versa. That keeps you updated, on both sides.
Follow few simple steps to know how contacts can be synced
- Log into Simply CRM
- Click Contacts tab
- Click on Google Contacts in the left side of list view of contacts
- Click Synchronize Now button
- You’ll be redirected to start-up page. You can sign into your gmail account.
- After signing in, click on Grant Access
Note!
After the first sync, you don’t see the start-up page again.
This will begin synchronization process in your Simply CRM. This might take few moments depending upon the number of contacts you have in your Gmail and Simply CRM accounts.
After archiving contact records successfully, a report will be generated in Simply CRM notifying the modifications done on Simply CRM and Gmail
Not just that, you can also sync contact records that updated and deleted. This will make sure that you have latest information at hand.

Syncing Calendar
Google integration with Simply CRM also lets you seamlessly integrate events between your Gmail and Simply CRM.
Follow few simple steps to know how calendar events can be synced
- Click Calendar tab
- Click List View in the left side
- Click Google Calendar
- Click Synchronize Now
- You’ll be redirected to start-up page. You can sign into your gmail account.
- After signing in, click on Grant Access
Note!
- After the first sync, you don’t see the start-up page again.
- You can use two different gmail accounts — one for each — to sync Gmail contacts and calendar events
This will begin synchronization process in your Simply CRM. This might take few moments depending upon the number of calendar events you have in your Gmail and Simply CRM accounts.
Like in contacts synchronization, the records that are modified and deleted are also captured as a part of synchronization. This keeps you updated everytime.

Note!
Records are synced in batches. Simply CRM syncs 100 records at one shot. If there are more records to be synced on either sides, a message is displayed on the sync report. By clicking on Synchronize Now button, you can complete achieving records on both ends
