This tutorial is designed to explain how password of your Simply CRM account can be changed.
Here’s how to change your password
- Click your user name in the top right corner
- Click My Preferences
Click Change Password button
Fill in the details in the popup, and click Save
Users with admin privileges can reset the password of non-admin users.
Here’s how to change password of non-admin users
- Click gear icon
in the upper right.
- Click Manage Users
- Click on desired user name(non-admin) from the list of users
- Now click Change Password in the top right
- Provide password and click Save
