In real time scenario, like stones are placed beside roads stating the portion of journey has been completed, project milestones also indicate important achievements in project. It gives you an idea on how project is advancing.
Create Project Milestones Manually
You can create a Project Milestones from within the Projects module.
Steps to create a Project Milestone
- Click Projects tab
- Select the Project record you desired to create Project Milestone for
- In detail view of Projects record, click Project Milestones tab
- Click Add Project Milestone
- In the create Project Milestone view, fill in the Project Milestone details
- Click Save
Managing Project Milestones
